BE ON TIME
Please be considerate of your appointment time. The time you are allotted is set aside for the service you requested. If you are running late it could run into the next clients time and I believe all time is valuable, mine, yours and everyone else’s, therefore your service may not get completed. Lateness of 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled and the last minute cancellation policy will come into affect.
Cancellation: Your appointment time is set aside especially for you, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment if you need to do so. This allows for enough time to offer the spot to another client who may be interested in booking. A fee of $25.00 will be charged if a minimum of 24 hours notice is not provided. Thank you for your understanding
No Shows: No shows are required to pay the full amount of the entire service that was originally booked prior to being able to reschedule your appointment
